Cinta pertama Inara dan Syahmi terhalang oleh penolakan datuk Syahmi. Selepas melahirkan anak kembar, sahabat Inara tersilap membawa pergi bayi perempuan. Bertahun kemudian, Inara yang terluka kembali demi rawatan, dan anak lelakinya tanpa sedar bertemu ayah kandungnya.
